Lindsey Kincaid is an experienced aesthetic injector and trainer known for delivering natural, balanced results through advanced injection techniques and facial assessment. Through Asheville Beauty Co. Each training is intentionally small and hands-on, allowing providers to learn anatomy, consultation strategies, product selection, and injection techniques while working directly with live models in a real practice setting.

Our Training Programs

Neuromodulator & Dermal Filler Training

This comprehensive training is designed for providers looking to build or expand their skills in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. The course covers both foundational knowledge and advanced injection techniques to help you confidently treat common aesthetic concerns.

Participants will learn facial anatomy, consultation strategies, treatment planning, and injection techniques while gaining hands-on experience with live models.

Radiesse Training

Radiesse is a powerful biostimulatory treatment used to restore volume, stimulate collagen production, and improve skin quality. This training focuses on both traditional volumizing techniques and hyperdilute Radiesse applications for skin tightening and rejuvenation.

Participants will learn safe injection techniques and treatment strategies for multiple areas.

Shadow Days

Shadow days allow providers to observe a full day inside a busy aesthetic practice and gain insight into both clinical and operational aspects of the industry.

Participants will observe patient consultations, injectable treatments, and learn how a successful aesthetic practice operates day-to-day.

Sculptra Training

Sculptra is an advanced injectable treatment that stimulates collagen production and gradually restores facial volume. This training focuses on proper product preparation, injection techniques, and treatment planning for long-term collagen stimulation and natural results.

Providers will learn how to incorporate Sculptra into a full facial rejuvenation approach.

Preceptorship Program

Our Preceptorship Program is designed for providers who want more individualized mentorship and advanced learning opportunities beyond a traditional training course.

During the preceptorship, participants spend time in clinic with Lindsey observing consultations, treatment planning, and live patient treatments while discussing techniques, business strategy, and patient outcomes.

This program is ideal for injectors who want to gain deeper clinical insight.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Each participant enrolled in our Neuromodulator & Dermal Filler Training receives one complimentary shadow day inside the clinic. During this time, you will observe live patient consultations, treatment planning, and injectable procedures with Lindsey in a real clinical setting. The shadow day allows you to reinforce what you learned during training and gain additional insight into patient flow, technique, and practice operations.

  • Our courses are designed for licensed medical providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses (where state regulations allow), and dentists.

  • Some courses are beginner-friendly while others are designed for providers with prior injectable experience. Please review the course description or contact us if you are unsure which training is the best fit.

  • Yes. Our courses include hands-on injection experience with live models under direct supervision.

  • Yes, models are provided for training days.

  • All training materials, supplies, and products used during the course will be provided. Please wear scrubs or business casual.

  • Yes. Participants will receive a certificate of completion following the training.

  • Our courses are intentionally limited to small groups to allow for personalized instruction and hands-on experience.

  • Yes. Private trainings are available upon request.
