Lindsey Kincaid RN, Expert Aesthetic Injector & Co-Founder of Asheville Beauty Co. With a passion for enhancing natural beauty and a commitment to outstanding results, she brings both expertise and artistry to her role. Lindsey is a National Revance Trainer and has completed over 25 advanced aesthetic trainings across the U.S., learning from some of the most respected leaders in the field.
Lindsey works under the medical directions and supervision of Dr. Susan Lovelle, MD, and specializes in providing injectable treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She is known for creating a comfortable, down-to-earth experience where clients feel at ease and supported throughout their aesthetic journey.
Her approach is rooted in subtle, natural-looking results that enhance each client’s unique features. Lindsey builds lasting relationships with clients by listening carefully to their goals and developing treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician to ensure safety, quality, and beautiful outcomes.
Supervising Physician
Dr. Michael Ednie
Dr. Michael Ednie is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician with a diverse background that bridges traditional medicine, nutrition, and aesthetics.
He completed his residency at the Stamford Hospital/Columbia University Family Medicine Program in Connecticut. In addition, he is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University and holds an Associate’s degree in Occupational Science in Culinary Arts. With a strong interest in food, fitness, and lifestyle medicine, Dr. Ednie focuses on weight optimization as a tool for improving self-esteem, cardiovascular health, and disease prevention. He has supported multiple med spa practices with his clinical expertise, integrating wellness and aesthetics into patient-centered care. Currently practicing hospital medicine in Florida and offering telemedicine nationally, Dr. Ednie continues to empower individuals on their journey toward physical and mental well-being. His unique blend of clinical medicine, nutrition, and aesthetics makes him a trusted partner for providers seeking a comprehensive and holistic medical director.
Practice Manager
Dallas Moffat
As the practice manager at Asheville Beauty Co, Dallas is the heart of our client experience. With a passion for making every client feel welcomed and cared for, she ensures that each step of their journey is seamless-from the first phone call to post treatment follow-ups. She thrives on seeing clients light up with confidence after their treatments and takes pride in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where everyone feels at home. With her exceptional organization skills, Dallas keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her knowledge, experience, and commitment to detail make her a valuable part of the team. Her personal favorite treatment is lip filler, as she adores the confidence boost it brings to clients. In addition to her love for aesthetics, Dallas holds a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Mars Hill University and serves as the Assistant Coach for the Cheer, Clogging, and Dance teams. When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two dogs, Howie and Ellie.

Hannah Hopkins
Meet Hannah, Asheville Beauty’s newest injector and laser specialist! With six years of experience in ER, surgery, and recovery nursing—along with extensive injectable training under Lindsey—she brings both clinical expertise and an artistic, aesthetic touch to her work. Hannah is certified in laser services, microneedling, and chemical peels, making her your go-to for glowing, refreshed skin. She is passionate about delivering safe, natural, and elevated results that enhance each client’s unique features.
Born and raised in Asheville, she’s fueled by all things beauty, travel, and wellness. When she’s not with clients, she’s spending time with her husband, mentoring college students, or loving on her Aussie pup, Sully.
Patient Coordinator
Kyra May
Kyra is the Patient Coordinator at Asheville Beauty Co., where she helps keep the office running smoothly by organizing appointments, responding to emails and phone calls, and warmly welcoming clients as they arrive. As one of the first faces you see when you walk through the door, she plays an important role in creating a friendly and seamless experience for every client. Kyra is new to the industry and has loved learning all about skincare, treatments, and the world of medical aesthetics.
Originally from California, Kyra moved to Asheville to pursue nursing school and has enjoyed getting to know the local community along the way. She loves meeting new people through her work and building connections with clients who come into the office. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find her spending time outdoors in the sunshine with friends and enjoying everything the area has to offer.
Medical Esthetician
Lylla Domboski
Lylla is a highly experienced Medical Esthetician with over 20 years in the esthetics industry and more than 15 years specializing in advanced laser technology. Nationally licensed in laser, she brings a deep level of expertise and passion to all things skin and medical aesthetics. Her specialties include laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced skin correction. Lylla has extensive experience working with a wide range of skin concerns, including acne, scarring, pigmentation, ethnic skin, and comprehensive anti-aging treatments.
In addition to working with clients, Lylla also serves part-time as a laser educator and trainer, sharing her knowledge and helping other providers grow in the field. Outside of work, her passion for skin care never really stops — you’ll often find her researching the latest treatments, listening to skincare podcasts, or even experimenting with new products and techniques on her own skin. She is also a proud mom to an amazing 22-year-old daughter and the loving owner of a darling pit bull. Lylla truly loves what she does, and her goal is simple: to help every client smile when they look in the mirror and feel confident in the skin they’re in.

Gabbie Ciarlante
As the Social Media Marketer Gabbie works closely with Asheville Beauty Co. to bring the brand to life through photography, social media, and creative content. From capturing treatment transformations to sharing behind the scenes moments, her goal is to reflect the experience, expertise, and warmth that define our space.
Gabbies favorite treatment? A little Tox it’s subtle, effective, and always makes me feel refreshed. Outside of work, she is happiest spending time with her daughter and pups, soaking in the little things.
Gabbie says it is such a joy to help showcase the beauty, connection, and confidence that happens here every day.
Social Media Manager
Maggie Crenshaw
Maggie is the creative force behind Asheville Beauty Co’s social media, bringing warmth, authenticity, and a touch of sparkle to everything she shares. Originally from Charleston, SC, Maggie moved to Asheville five and a half years ago and instantly fell in love with the mountains and the vibrant community. She’s currently in nursing school with dreams of working in the ICU, driven by a deep passion for helping others. Outside of work and school, Maggie enjoys life with her dog, Marble, and her best friends who make every day an adventure. She credits Lindsey as one of her biggest inspirations and a guiding light both personally and professionally
